A compact and adjustable vertical farming unit designed specifically for indoor & urban environments. The system utilizes hydroponic technology for growing fresh produce and is magnetized to be mounted in the refrigerator context. The Meliora Foodscape vessels are made from carbon-sequestering biochar from food waste & a highly antimicrobial bioresin created by honeybees, called propolis, that I observed while beekeeping. Scaffolding for the unit is made from bamboo, a regenerative plant that remediates soils in its growth.
